Allyson Wiley resides in Tulsa Oklahoma with her husband Tim, with whom she has been happily married for 20+ years, and their beautiful children Silas and Cora. Allyson has enjoyed many years of adventure and lived in multiple places including three years in Moscow, Russia and she has also spent extended amounts of time abroad in the countries of Guatemala, Nepal, and India to name a few. One of Allyson's life goals is to take her family to Nepal and hike the Himalayan foothills where she once explored.
Fitness and nutrition are important to Allyson, as she desires to live a long, happy, and healthy life with those whom she holds dear. She also loves spending time in her garden as she enjoys those beautiful Oklahoma sunrises.
